Having your furniture classified is :
- a guarantee of quality for your customers
- an interesting tax system: tax deduction, fixed tourist tax, CFE exemption in certain communes, etc....

- a classification valid for 5 years

The Vallée d'Aulps Tourist Office can help owners of furnished accommodation ot classify their property as "Meublé de Tourisme".
To help owners get their accommodation classified as "Meublé de Tourisme", the Vallée d'Aulps Tourist Office has signet an agreement with Innovtion et Développement Tourisme 74 to cover part of the cost of classification (50%)
/!\ on condition the the furnished accommodation is also a partner of the Vallée d'Aulps Tourist Office! (see partnership rates in the "Furnished Holiday Rental Guide" linked above).
